  • What is BeAlgo?

    Bealgo is an international company which provides software services, virtual servers and capital retention for big Algo trading companies around the world. Its minimum monthly transaction volume exceeds EUR 2,000,000,000 (2 billion). For more information, click on about us.

  • How do you open an account?

    Since we work with Algo trading companies, we do not directly accept private investors. To open an account, you have to go through an Algo trading company of which you are a client. 

  • Who are the companies with which you are working?

    The companies we work with are active in the Algo trading field and provide trading services for their international customers. Since these companies all work in the same field, we have undertaken not to disclose their names so that they can work with us without the risk of permeating clients from one company to another.

  • When opening an account, I am asked to upload identification certificates. Why is that?

    As a regulative company, we are obliged to identify all of our clients and to authenticate their identities in compliance with the international financial laws against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

  • What documents should I upload?
    • Identification card or driver’s license or passport
    • Electricity/water/telephone/tax invoices or any other government-issued certificate that testifies to your residence (one document only). The document should not be dated more than three months prior.
    • Credit card transfer – a client who chooses to make deposits by credit card should send a scanned photo of the back and front of the credit card (on the front please cover the digits of your credit card and leave only the last four visible).
  • How can I update/submit the identification documents?
      • When opening an account, via the online registration form provided by the Algo trading company website.
      • Through the “personal zone” – enter the username and password you received by email during registration and click on “upload documents” on the right side.
      • Send documents by email to support@bealgo.com; please note your full name in English and your account number.
  • How can I deposit funds into my Bealgo account?

    In the personal zone in the website, go into your account using the username and password which you received by email and click “deposit”. You can deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
    Bank transfers must be from your personal bank account (not a third party).
    Credit cards must be in your name only (not a third party).

  • Can I make deposits by cash?

    No, there is no option to deposit funds in cash. This can only be done by bank transfer or credit card.

  • Is there a limit on the deposit amount?

    The minimum deposit amount via credit card or bank transfer is $500 (EUR).
    The maximum deposit amount by credit card is $5000 (EUR).
    There is no maximum deposit amount for bank transfers.

  • How is my card secured when used to make a deposit?

    All of our website pages are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected, so all information received from clients, such as a corporate account number, credit card details, etc. is protected by the SSL. In addition, these numbers are not documented or stored on our site.

  • How do I withdraw money from the account?

    Go into your personal zone on our website (click here to go there). Enter the username and password you received by email during registration. Afterward, when you are in the personal zone, click on the “withdraw” button on the right and fill in the required details for making the withdrawal.

  • Are there any limitations on withdrawals?

    Every withdrawal has a minimum amount of 100€ (or the equivalent in foreign currencies).
    According to the company’s security policy, every withdrawal is handled mechanically, not automatically. Therefore, we enable a withdrawal from the account once every three months, with no fee (although we are charged fees by the banks).
    If you are withdrawing before the end of the quarter, we will charge your account a service fee of 20€ or 0.25% of the withdrawal (the higher of the two).

  • How much time does it take to process the withdrawal?

    The required time for us to process a withdrawal request is 3-7 business days. The funds should appear in your bank account within 4-5 business days following processing.

  • Password Recovery

    How do I recover the username and password to my account?
    Click to enter into the account, and then on “forgot password”. Fill in the email address through which you registered. The username and password will be sent to you by email.
